La Vila Joie Joá est située à la Ponta da Joatinga, l’une des zones les plus belles et exclusives de Rio de Janeiro.

La Joie Joá propose trois suites de haut standing : Suite Mer, Suite Îlle et Suite Famille, qui comprend une chambre attenante idéale pour accueillir des enfants ou des adolescents en tout confort.

Pour les séjours de plus d'une semaine, la maison met également à disposition un loft indépendant, avec une suite supplémentaire, un salon privé, une terrasse avec vue sur la mer et une petite kitchenette.*

Grande salon avec balcon et vue sur la mer. La maison propose une piscine avec vue sur l'océan et sur la plage de Barra da Tijuca, un sauna à vapeur et un service de ménage quotidien pour les invités.

Toutes les pièces disposent de la climatisation et d'une connexion wi-fi.

Inclus : services de ménage et de gardiennage. Horaires de travail de 8h à 17h, avec 1 heure de pause déjeuner.

L'hôte sera disponible par téléphone et message tout au long du séjour, tout comme l'équipe du personnel de la maison, pour répondre aux besoins des invités.

Le Joá est un quartier résidentiel et exclusif, comptant peu d'habitants et seulement trois petits lotissements. Le lotissement propose une conciergerie et une sécurité 24h/24.

L'accès au condominium peut se faire en voiture ou en hélicoptère.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

As we want a careless stay for our guests, we do not like surprises for both. This is why we recommend you to read all below.

•Standard check-in time 3 PM and standard check-out time 10 AM.

•A flexible check-in or check-out time is possible. The policy applies only when booking calendar allows it (no guests checking in or out on the same day).

•You will be charged 200 BRL fee for check-in and/or check-out at non business hours (before 8 AM and/or after 6 PM), weekends and on bank holidays.

CLEANING

•A cleaning fee is applied. The flat will be clean for your check-in and clean bedding and towels are provided.

Bookings with 7 nights or longer: you will get an extra cleaning during the middle of stay for free: where we will fully clean the apartment, change bedsheets and provide you new towels. Like hotel services.

GUESTS

•Number of guests must be indicated in the booking request. Adding more guests after the booking will be allowed only if agreement is reached.

•Any other person in the property is the responsibility of the Guest

SAFETY

As is the rule in Rio de Janeiro, before the checkin all the Guests staying at the property have to send us full name and passport number or ID which we will leave at the reception. For security reason building needs to know who is staying, this is an official access.

CANCELLATION

•Cancellation policy is “strict policy". Guest can find the cancelation policy on the booking confirmation.

RESPONSIBILITY

•All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.

Guest shall be responsible for any fines that may be incurred due to violation of any laws, the convention or internal regulations of the building in which the flat is located. Payment of the fine shall be made before departure, as soon as homeowners are notified as to the motive and value of said fine.

GROUNDS FOR EXPULSION

In the case the guest gets into trouble with the police involving illegal drugs or anything other illegal conduct in Brazil, homeowners will not be able to assist guest in any way, and will proceed to eviction of guest immediately with no refund.

•Breaking terms of the contract.

•Disturbing the neighbors, loud parties, prostitution, negligence, drugs, property damage or any other detrimental conduct.

•No loud parties or noises must be made after 22:00 (Brazilian Law states that loud noises must be stopped by 10PM).

•If expulsion occurs, the guest will receive notification by the doorman or homeowner.
