Located at Taíba Beach, one of the trendiest beaches in Ceará. This paradise offers natural attractions such as palm trees, dunes, reefs, and coves. The main surf spot is almost right in front of the house, making it a perfect place for surfing and also a paradise for kitesurfing.

In a resort-style condominium, designed by Norwegian architect Oivind Lunde, there are 2 houses connected by a large covered deck of 100m2, with the integration executed by Ceará architect Luiz Fiuza.

Right on the sand with a spectacular view, this property is set on a 3-meter plateau, ensuring total privacy from the condominium. To the east, there’s a stretch of almost 4 km of nearly untouched beach, inviting you for a pleasant walk or a good run.

The layout of the house encourages togetherness. The scene is dominated by the impressive infinity-edge swimming pool and a gourmet area with a barbecue grill and wood-fired oven, all facing the sea. At the heart of the house, a bold deck with a bar and a heated pool with a cozy hot tub are perfect for enjoying life.

The living room has an open-concept kitchen, and there is also an additional lounge with a support kitchen, featuring table tennis and foot table. The property is also equipped with a Cambridge Audio / B&W sound system.

One of the highlights is the attentive team, always ready to serve the house's secret specialty: tapioca sushi.

Suites are equipped with complete linens and high-standard mattresses, 300 to 600 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, Egyptian cotton bath towels, blankets, and robes. Comfortably accommodates up to 22 guests:

Suite 1 and 2 - King size bed, walk-in closet, and beautiful ocean view;
Suite 3 - King size bed, bathroom with an outdoor shower overlooking the sea and the inner courtyard garden;
Suite 4 - King size bed, 2 trundle beds or 1 sofa;
Suite 5 and 6 - Queen size bed, walk-in closet, and ocean view
Suite 7 and 8 - Queen size bed and a double bed, view of the sea through the courtyard;
Suite 9 - Queen size bed and 1 single bed (optional), view of the sea through the courtyard.

In the condominium, you can enjoy a lap pool, gym, tennis court, beach tennis court, multi-sport court, soccer field, playground, and game room. In addition, there is 24-hour security and an entrance gate with access control.
