Foot in the sand, Vila Praia de Tamandaré is located on Praia de Mamucabinhas, on the south coast of the state of Pernambuco, in the Northeast Region. Reserved and almost deserted, it is next to Praia Tamandaré and 20 minutes from Praia dos Carneiros.

Having its project carried out by the architect Pedro Motta, it combines design pieces with beach furniture in its decoration. Inserted in a paradisiacal landscape, the house also has 7 suites, a living room with stunning views of the sea, a dining room and an outdoor swimming pool with loungers, hammocks, a gourmet space by the sea and a hot tub, making the environment attractive and cozy. It also has 24-hour security and a concierge with access control.

Set in a paradise landscape, the house features an integrated social area consisting of a living room, dining room, and two verandas. The kitchen is fully equipped with all utensils. The outdoor area includes a gourmet space with a barbecue, an infinity pool, steam sauna, hammock area, and jacuzzi... all with a panoramic view of the sea.

The accommodations are divided into 4 suites located in bungalows that are integrated into the house's design, all with verandas and sea views. On the lower floor, there are 3 more suites and an air-conditioned TV room. The house comfortably accommodates 14 people.

It also has 24-hour security and a reception desk with access control.
