Private, contemporary Azul Villa Esmeralda lies on the shores near Puerto Morelos, just 20 minutes from Cancun, on the Mayan Riviera. Offering total privacy, the villa provides the services and amenities of a five star hotel, as well as access to the services and amenities of the Azul Beach Hotel. The resort is a few steps away across the sand, but golf cart service is complimentary on request. The Azul Beach Hotel offers the Vassa Spa, gourmet restaurants, pools, and children’s activities. Guests may choose to enjoy total privacy at the villa, or to socialize with other guests at the resort!

Natural stone, tropical woods and thatched roofs provide an authentic local feeling. Warm interiors, with Caribbean touches and modern highlights, open seamlessly to expansive outdoor living areas. A private pier is available for the fisherman’s boat or yacht, by prior arrangement. Outdoor living areas are accentuated by opportunities to lounge on the king sized beachside Bali day beds, in-pool lounge chairs, two beach cabanas and the lovely tropical gardens.

Living and family rooms are large and open; providing plenty of seating for entire families. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen was designed with entertainment in mind. For pure relaxation, guests may take advantage of the private spa and sauna. The more active will enjoy the fitness center and lighted, private tennis court.

Five bedroom suites also feature local hardwoods and a modern design. The first master bedroom suite hosts a living area, a private terrace, and an outdoor jacuzzi. The second master bedroom also boasts ocean views, a private terrace, and jacuzzi as well as an indoor-outdoor shower. Three further bedroom suites host king sized beds, en-suite bathrooms and private terraces. Another bedroom is located by the family room, and hosts two queen sized beds and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. All six suites host large flat screen TVs, Bose sound system, private media server, and a safe.

Guests will feel pampered from the first moment as they receive their al-fresco arrival greeting; complete with sparkling wine and refreshing scented towels. A private chef prepares all meals and the private butler makes sure all needs are met. Of course there is daily maid and turn-down service, and even butler service on the beach. Family-friendly, Villa Azul Esmeralda provides strollers, cribs, and beach games for the younger set, as well as a child’s play area, ping pong, volleyball, board games and a Wii console for older children.
