This contemporary villa is situated hilltop overlooking the old town of Ibiza.   Ample indoor and outdoor living spaces offer panoramic  sea views  stretching all  the way to Formentera.  Fully fenced and private, Fantasy is also only four kilometers from Ibiza and 15 minutes from the airport.

The living areas open to the views through floor to ceiling glass, providing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living and dining areas.  The private pool is set in ample decking and overlooks the stunning views. Numerous terraces surround this three level villa, providing opportunities for both relaxing privacy and for al fresco gatherings.

The ground floor hosts the main living areas as well as the fully equipped kitchen featuring a convenient  eat-at bar.  The master bedroom on the ground floor hosts a dressing area and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower and double vanity sink.

The first upper level hosts four bedroom suites, each with en-suite bathrooms.  A guest apartment is located on the second upper level, and provides a kitchenette, living area and bedroom with double bed and en-suite shower bathroom.  All bedrooms, the living room and kitchen are air conditioned.  Each bedroom also provides satellite TV, DVD player and Sonos music system.

Wifi is accessible throughout the house, Villa Fantasy provides docking for i-pods and i-phones.  Daily housekeeping and maintenance are included.
