Its creator was the Brazilian filmmaker Augusto Sevá, who bought this beautiful garden facing the Historic Square and inspired by the dream of living in a 'garden with a house' instead of a 'house with a garden' kept the simple original structure, adding only an open balcony overlooking the tropical garden.
