Villa in a gated community, located in the charming Vale de Corrêas - Petrópolis, in a watershed protection area, in the Serra dos Órgãos National Park.
There are 3 houses, the main house and two cottages. The main house has two suites and two bedrooms, the kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer and stove. The chalets have a suite and two bedrooms. Comfortably accommodating a total of 20 people.
The leisure area offers a river pool, treated water pool, jacuzzi, barbecue pavilion (barbecue, pizza oven and wood oven), home theater, official tennis court, grass soccer field, dry and steam sauna.
