Preá is known as the kitesurfing mecca, with a coastal extension that allows hundreds of km of downwind parallel to the coast, with warm waters all year round (26-28oC) and constant strong wind for 7 months of the year, which attracts fans of all sports - whether kite, wing, windsurf, sailing, or others.
