Mandala is a beautiful hill top estate with a blend of ornate Balinese style, essential modern elements and Caribbean charm, providing guests with the ultimate in escapism.

There are two additional separate houses on the property giving an additional two bedrooms and accommodation for an additional four guests (the Artist's Studio and Writer's Cottage, details below).

Design: Built in the 1980's for David Bowie, in collaboration with renowned architects Arne Hasslqvist – known as ‘The man who built Mustique’ – and Robert Litwiller.

Built around a split level koi pond, waterfalls, and an infinity pool – which seemingly link the property to the Caribbean Sea – the estate offers guests the exclusive use of five generous bedroom suites, each with their own private veranda which lead straight to the infinity pool. The property also offers several impressive reception rooms, a dining pavilion, games room, study, as well as a number of private garden decks which are perfect for sunbathing, dining or relaxing.

Perfectly placed on six beachfront acres, the impressive Villa Palms estate is both dramatic in its setting and architectural facade, yet welcoming and comfortable for its guests. The grand Palladian style residence influenced by Oliver Messel, was built in 1999 and extensively renovated in 2011. The main villa boasts elegant formal living and dining rooms, whilst adjacent sitting room and outdoor verandas offer more casual space for relaxed entertaining.

While the main villa encompasses lovely formal living and dining rooms, their adjacent sitting room and outdoor verandahs offer areas for more casual moments. The master bedroom is reached by a grand staircase, while additional bedrooms on the main level are ideal for large families with children and nannies.
Two charming poolside guest cottages provide guests with a sense of privacy, yet easy access to the beach.

Musha's five guest houses are designed in a charming tropical style. 

All Master suites boast magnificent four-poster beds and ensuite his - and her - bathrooms, and all of the houses are surrounded by mahogany, wrap-around decks. All have their own private beach. 

Highview

On the crest of Musha's highest hill sits Highview, ten thousand square feet of exceptional luxury and a commanding 360-degree view of Musha Island and its ten unihabited neighboring islands. 
There's a soaring pavilion, private sauna, 2 full kitchens and 2 grand master suites. 

Blue Point

Blue Point, perched on a rocky outcrop, is seconds' walk from its own private beach.
In addition to its 3,200 square feet of interior space (two master suites, an expensive living-dining room), it is encircled by a wide, shaded porch.

Pier House

Pier House, an artfully designed cottage (of 3,200 square feet!) whose front door opens onto a pier that runs straight to the endless ocean.
There are two spacious bedroom suites that share a large and luxurious living and dining room.

Palm Terrace

Palm Terrace is perfect for families, with its two master suites upstairs and additional bedrooms downstairs. 
A mahogany porch wraps the more-than-4,000 square foot house, and its spacious living room is stunning.

Beach House

If you romantic island dream is better fulfilled by a thatched roof cottage, our Beach House has a living and bathroom without walls.
Only a charming little gate separates you from your private crescent-shaped beach, and nothing prevents you from bathing under the stars.

* Island rates start at 39000USD a day for up to 12 persons with a 4-night minimum. The island comfortably accommodates 24 guests.
The rates include: All meals and beverages (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, including fine wines and champagnes) and unlimited use of all island amenities including gym, tennis court, volleyball, swimming pool and billiards. A night at the Drive-in is also included.

Buns is on one of the Royal Boroughs most salubrious streets, with Kensington Palace and Gardens to the East, Holland Park to the West, High Street Kensington at one end of the road and Notting Hill at the other. You are well placed to explore the very best of what this neighborhood has to offer.

On the lower ground floor of an attractive terrace, this apartment feels like home. Large windows flood light into the master bedroom from the front light well, there is a comfortable cast iron double bed and en-suite wet room. Further down the corridor, there is also a good sized family bathroom before this opens up to the main living space with bookshelves framing the arch through to the compact but well-designed kitchen.
