Nature's bounty has created a terrace over the sea; the work of those who have loved this place for years, turned into a charming and cozy structure, to share places, spaces, sensations and emotions.

With just four bungalows and a rustic-chic house, the architecture is beyond elegant, in the midst of a garden of coconut trees and a breathtaking view of the sea, overlooking Ponta de Juacema and Corumbau.

The house offers Wi-Fi in the living area; kayaks; Beach chairs with tent.

The house is composed of 4 suites, all with air conditioning and WiFi network access, on the ground floor, and on the 2nd floor there are a heated living room, kitchen and deck for the pool, from where you can see the condominium, the hotel and the sea.

Upon request, the villa offers a maid service that serves breakfast and lunch. Access to the hotel allows the use of the pool area, sports courts, as well as restaurants and spa (separate services).

Nicknamed “Paradise ” by one of our guests, The Praia [Beach] House is heaven on Earth! It’s the perfect place for chilling with all your family, gather with friends and also for celebrations.

Located at the Rio Verde Beach, the 6.600m2 property includes two houses: The Cumaru House, and The Pinus House.

Both houses are connected by an Atlantic Forest native garden, where our guests can enjoy a rock swimming-pool and a triple natural shower.

Cumaru House - has two rooms with private bathrooms :

The Master Suite — with a balcony and Ofuro facing the ocean — has also an extra sleeping room with 2 more beds.

The Mega Suite has 4 beds, TV room, fully equipped kitchen and our famous Stove-Bar by the sea, where we serve special cocktails and tasty dishes prepared in the firewood stove.

Pinus House has 3 en suit rooms — each one with outdoor shower, king-size bed and air-conditioner. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, the tv room and the porch are a guarantee of comfort and privacy.
