Situated on the western side of the peninsula of Pointe Milou, Villa Bon Temps offers a gracious lifestyle in the perfect Caribbean setting, amid lush tropical foliage and with unparalleled sunset views. From the vantage point of the expansive and elegantly designed stone terrace, the clear water of the 50-foot infinity pool seems to merge with the blues of the Bay of Lorient, the islets of Chavreaux and Fourchue and the island of St. Maarten visible in the distance.

Villa BTR is decorated in soft, natural hues of blue and green against a background of cream and off-white. Custom mosaic floors, hand-painted tile details, and a stone colonnade offering shade from the sun all lend this exceptional home a particularly Mediterranean feel. The villa's six bedrooms are all equally well-appointed, with high ceilings, travertine-tiled bathrooms and ocean views. Four of the bedrooms are on the same level as the main house, while the other two are on a lower level and offer private, covered porches.

The open-air chef's kitchen is equipped with a LaCanche range, marble countertops, unique Italian and French glassware, dishes, linens and table setting for entertaining. Villa BTR also provides its guests with the modern conveniences of an HDTV in the kitchen and certain bedrooms as well as the living area, a stereo system with indoor and outdoor speakers, and a well-equipped fitness room.

Continental breakfast is provided daily to guests of Villa BTR, and a full range of spa services are available at an additional charge.

High on a hillside in Colombier, Villa Belle Bague enjoys 270-degree views over the Caribbean Sea from St. Kitts all the way to Anguilla to the west. Well appointed and furnished with fine antiques and all modern conveniences, Villa Belle Bague is both appealing and luxurious.

Three of the four bedrooms are in separate cottages located around a cloister with a stone fountain. Each is furnished with traditional colonial-style furniture augmented by exquisite upholstery and window treatments. Each has a private terrace furnished for sunbathing, a bathroom with a granite-topped vanity, HDTV and more. The fourth bedroom is similarly furnished, facing the pool terrace.

The common areas consist of a large living room with walls of French doors, a 42" plasma HDTV and state-of-the-art music system; a dining room complete with a French sideboard and an antique Anglo-Indian chandelier; a breakfast terrace with an adjacent area for enjoying morning coffee; a professionally-equipped granite and stainless steel kitchen; a fully-equipped gym; a cocktail terrace with a bar, and terraces and decks surrounding a 40' heated pool with a granite-faced waterfall.

Decorated in a a clean, simple style employing shades of white and natural wood accents, Villa Beach House (FAY) is a dreamlike idyll right on the remote and peaceful western end of Flamands Beach. The living area and kitchen open directly onto the teak deck, where a shelter dining table seats ten for seaside lunches or dinners under the stars. In addition, the terrace offers chaise lounges for sunning, a smaller dining table nearer the sand (perfect for morning coffee), and a hammock. From the edge of the terrace, you are just a few steps from the pure, white sand of one of the most desirable beaches on the island.

A short walk down the beach brings you to some of the island's top restaurants. Please note that this is a non-smoking villa.

On the edge of a nature reserve on the quiet east end of the island, Villa Abby (ABB) brings a sense of calm to life in St. Barth. It is an isolated and tranquil retreat, occupying nearly three-quarters of an acre of its own private land. The luxury rental property benefits tremendously from a recent, thorough renovation of the bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen and the replacement of windows throughout the house.

As peaceful and remote as it is, Villa Abby is not completely cut off from the pleasures of the Caribbean. Its guests can observe the kite- and wind-surfers zipping around Grand Cul-de-Sac, or simply enjoy the beauty of the verdant hills and sparkling sea, and the islets of Tortue, Toc Vert, and Fregate, as well as Marigot Bay and Petit-Cul-de-Sac too. Those stunning views are to be found from every room, as well as the outdoor living and dining areas. In addition, several beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away.

With its three comparably sized, well-separated bedrooms, Villa Abby is well designed for groups of friends traveling on holiday together or for families with adult children. The whole house spans a single level. It is anchored by a spacious, inviting living room that spills onto the covered dining terrace and has a well-equipped kitchen behind it. Down some stairs, a newly expanded terrace (1,500 square feet of limestone and exotic hardwood) surrounds the heated, pink-tiled swimming pool. All of this is surrounded by gardens that contain flowers such as night-blooming jasmine.

One of the bedrooms is near the kitchen and has a private office, and the other two are on the opposite side of the living room. They each have a contemporary design, access to the sun deck, king-size four-poster bed, and ensuite bathroom.

As its name implies, Beach House offers the unique privilege of a location directly on the white sand beach in Playacar I, Playa del Carmen.

The freshwater swimming pool is beachfront, surrounded by a privacy wall, and offers wide beach and turquoise Caribbean views. There is also an adjacent jetted plunge pool and convenient outdoor shower. Ample outdoor living and dining areas also sit beachfront, and there is a convenient barbecue for al-fresco meal preparation.  Pool decking is ample and three of the four bedrooms open to pool terraces.

Contemporary and casual, Beach House’s indoor living area juts toward the beach with a glass bowed-front opening directly to the outdoor living area. Indoor dining is adjacent and seats eight.  The well-equipped kitchen is separated from the sunken dining area by an eat-at bar.

Hosting up to eight guests, Beach House boasts four king bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom.

Beach House provides a comfortable, casual/contemporary, and well-situated beachfront retreat for families or groups of friends.
