Set within nearly two acres of beautiful, private tropical gardens, Villa Kumulani sits across the street from beautiful Palauea Bay and is just minutes from the center of Wailea. The setting provides for seclusion combined with easy access to beaches, water sports, shopping, dining and nightlife venues.

Villa Kumulani, designed by famed architect Tan Hock Beng, is composed of separate pavilions arranged around a central grassed courtyard with water features and a zen garden. Stepping stones lead across the water feature. Each of the four main structures is connected by covered wooden walkways. The design provides for numerous opportunities for enjoying sun or shade.

The salt-water infinity edged pool is heated to 82 degrees and has an inset jacuzzi. The living area opens fully to a covered terrace fronting the pool and the ample pool decking.

Graceful landscaping dotted with sculptures reflecting Hawaiian themes adds to the Asian feel. An outdoor dining pavilion with barbecue provides a perfect spot for enjoying Hawaiian sunset views.

Indoors, the shared living areas are spacious, featuring tropical woods and vaulted ceilings. In addition to the living area, there is a fully equipped kitchen, indoor dining area, and a media room with a 52″ TV and surround sound. The full length of the indoor dining area opens to the exterior on two sides. The villa is fully air conditioned, features high speed Wifi connections, satellite TV, and indoor-outdoor stereo.

The Master suite pavilion opens to a private lanai. This master suite hosts a king sized bed, and its en-suite bathroom features a jacuzzi tub and both indoor and outdoor showers. The three additional bedroom suites each host a queen sized bed and en-suite bathrooms. Two of these bathrooms host jacuzzi tubs as well as showers and open to private gardens.  Each bedroom offers a flatscreen television, DVD stereo system and internet access.  Interiors are warm, with tropical woods gracing the floors, walls, and ceilings, and feature Asian designer touches. An abundance of light is ensured via numerous windows and glass doors, which also provide for seamless transitions from indoor to outdoor living spaces.

Brand new, family-friendly and with cutting edge design, Cielomar provides fantastic ocean views, top of the line amenities and easy access to resort facilities. Situated in the private residential sanctuary on Peninsula Papagayo, near the 13th hole of the Four Seasons award winning Arnold Palmer golf course, the villa’s positioning and layout make most of the views of the Pacific Ocean.

The villa was built into the side of the hill to ensure privacy; yet beaches, adventure tours, and resort amenities are all close by. More than 31 beaches on the Papagayo Peninsula are within a five minute drive from Cielomar. Two complimentary golf carts make access to the Prieta Beach Club and the Four Seasons almost effortless.

The large terrace on the main floor offers a black lava-stone infinity edged pool which gives the impression of spilling directly into the ocean.  The pool is 4 feet deep at the shallow end, ideal for children, and 10 feet deep at the opposite end. Outdoor living and dining areas dot the deck and a walk-out view terrace/bridge appears to float above. Retractable sails can be extended from either side of the view bridge to provide shade so outdoor living can be enjoyed at any time of the day.

With its contemporary bow-and-arrow design, lines between indoor and outdoor living blur at Cielomar, allowing for wonderful ocean views throughout. Dark, wooden floors and high ceilings complement the large open windows and sliding glass doors. Right angles are an exception and the house is unique in that most of its walls are curved.

Soothing tones and minimalist interiors provide a relaxing atmosphere throughout. The spacious living room offers cozy couches and chairs, as well as high-tech sound system to help guests unwind. The large wooden dining room table is nearby, with seating for 10 guests. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with state of the art appliances so guests, or a hired chef, can prepare a meal with ease. The lower floor of this villa offers a fitness room with a large variety of equipment as well as an entertainment/movie room with top-notch technology. An office is located on the upper floor.

The master bedroom is very spacious with its own additional office, walk-in closet and private sitting area. This master bedroom also has access to a private Zen garden on the lower level and an outdoor shower. There are two bedrooms with queen size beds and en-suite bathrooms on the upper level as well as three more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the lower level. Each bedroom has individual climate control air-conditioning, fine European linens, black-out curtains and alarm clocks. All six bedrooms have ocean and sunset views and open to decks or terraces.

There are several towns within an hour drive. The closest full grocery store is about 45 minutes away in Coco beach, but groceries can be ordered online and delivered to the villa.  There are also smaller stores closer to the villa and dining venues at the nearby Four Seasons.

Located close to beaches and with state of the art amenities, guests can enjoy the best of two worlds at Cielomar: warm, tropical beaches and cool, luxurious living.

Perched above the Roaring Fork River in Red Mountain, with dramatic views of Aspen Mountain, Villa Red Mountain is just a half-mile walk from downtown Aspen and Aspen Mountain lifts. Within a few miles are also Snowmass, Buttermilk and Aspen Highlands ski areas. From the gentle slopes of Buttermilk to the black diamond trails of Aspen Mountain, there are multiple options for all levels of downhill enthusiasts, as well as for snowboarding, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing. Aspen is also delightful in the summer, offering chair lift views of the mountainsides, trekking, mountain biking, disc golf, climbing walls, and nature walks, among other choices.  And, of course, Aspen is known for it’s chic dining, shopping, art galleries, and a host of summer festivals.

Villa Red Mountain provides a rustic, log cabin feel along with lots of light through its large windows and ample decking. Comfortable furnishings combine with contemporary touches and amenities.  The open plan living, dining area and kitchen open to an expansive outdoor stone-defined deck overlooking the Roaring Fork River. Outdoors, guests will enjoy gathering, or entertaining, on the deck which boasts outdoor living and dining, hot tub, fire bowl, gas grill and outdoor kitchen.

Red Mountain Cabin hosts two king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and a king bedroom (or two twin) and a bunkbed family suite with a shared bath.

Beautiful mountain atmosphere, easy access to Aspen center and four ski mountains, upscale dining, shopping and art venues, are all accessible to guests of the charming, ultimately private, Red Mountain Cabin.

The fabulous Blue Horizons villa provides guests with breathtaking third story panoramic views of the deep blue Pacific, the Waliea poolside, and surrounding gardens. The spacious private terrace, complete with comfortable chaise lounge seating, dining table for 6 people, and Viking gas grill is the perfect spot for watching sunset glimmer across the shoreline. A second smaller private patio with glass sliding doors is situated off of the kitchen with a fantastic view of Haleakala.

The ‘Great Room’ is another place for guests to sit and enjoy the ocean views, furnished with lovely traditional furnishings, including 2 plush sofas, and 2 wood detailed arm chairs. The high ceilings create a spacious atmosphere lit by the natural glow of the warm sun.

The dining area is within eyeshot of the Pacific Ocean and is furnished with lovely wood crafted seating for up to 8 guests. The beautifully built wooden set of drawers located beside the dining table can double as a bar for serving cocktails while entertaining. The kitchen is decorated with fantastic marble counter tops, including a marble bar with dark wooden stools that separates the kitchen from the dining area.

Blue Horizones has 2 master bedrooms, a queen sized room, and a fourth bedroom that can also be used as a home office. The master bedrooms are furnished with lavish sleigh style king sized beds, walk-in closets, and complimented by full ensuite private bathrooms. With calming golden and cream decor, the queen sized room offers plenty of natural light. The fourth private room provides guests with a fully equipped home office setting, and all of the finest details of a queen suite.

Guests will love the poolside location of Blue Horizons. If you are vacationing in the winter, you may be able to see the occasional pod of whales traveling past Wailea Beach from the private terrace.

Boasting 360 degree views, Villa Senese is perched hilltop in Gaiole in Chianti in the idyllic Tuscan countryside. Nestled on two hectacres of gardens, the villa hosts its infinity edged pool in an olive orchard, magically floating over the surrounding hills and valleys.

The four hundred year old farmhouse features traditional thick Tuscan walls, tiled roofs, massive fireplaces, beamed ceilings and exposed stonework. Lovingly restored, the home reflects the best of Italian style, contemporary decor and modern conveniences.

The open plan living areas are full of light.  The living room features a large decorative fireplace and flows to a second sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen and indoor dining.  A central courtyard hosts a pizza oven and barbecue with al fresco dining facilities. There are two other outdoor dining areas, one sheltered by a charming pergola.

Four of the five bedroom suites host double beds and the fifth two twin beds.  Each bedroom features a high tech en-suite bathroom.  There are also a mini-gym and a games room.  The villa has a remote safety cover for the pool and toys, books, films and games for children.

Remodeling was achieved with an eye to ecological friendliness.  Solar panels provide energy, wood powers underfloor eating, and lawns are irrigated with collected rainwater.
