Designed by Casa Design Atelier Branco, the property is surrounded by palm trees and many flowers from Mandacaru.

The house is made up of four independent volumes, united by a single roof, light and breathable, specially designed to allow natural ventilation and a microclimate environment, creating a fascinating play of light and shadow. There is no distinction between interior and exterior: wooden panels are filled with glass and open wide to enjoy the house in an adjustable and shaded way according to need.
