Located in a condominium in Trancoso, by car it is 10 minutes from the square and 15 minutes from Praia dos Nativos.

With land of 1.600m2 and surrounded by preserved forest with incredible vegetation.

Outside, there is an infinity pool and 3 large swings. The social area is in the middle of the property with a TV room, kitchen, gas barbecue, 2 vertical breweries, horizontal freezer, living room, dining table, bar and toilet.

In the basement there is an underground acoustic nightclub with bar and professional sound system.

There are 5 separate suites (bungalows) along the plot. Each bungalow has a king-size bed or two single beds and a view of the woods. Sleeps between 10 to 20 guests, depending on the position of the beds.

Villa Boa Vida, is right at the entrance of Trancoso, and from Porto Seguro to the house, on average 1h and 20min and you don't need to take the ferry.
