The outdoor area is the highlight of the house, a veranda and a lounge with many sofas, puffs and a table for late afternoons swayed by the sea breeze.

The swimming pool with sun loungers and as beach support a charming solarium with a swing and bench facing the calm sea, so you can enjoy it with the children.

In the gourmet area, electric barbecue, wine cellar and pizza oven.
