With architecture by Gui Mattos and charming and cozy decor, Villa Vermelha is set on the sand on the familiar and peaceful Barra do Una beach, on the North coast of São Paulo.

The house is fully integrated with the pool area and the caretakers assemble their own structure on the beach every day, where guests alternate between the sea and the pool in complete comfort.

There are a total of 6 suites. 5 Suites have a sea view (3 suites facing the sea and 2 with side views).

The house also has a barbecue, TV room, pizza oven, pool table.

Located on the caldera, Villa Michaela commands impressive views of both the Santorini volcano and the sea, dotted with islands and boat sails. Guests can drink these scenes in, along with local wines, from the private courtyard with infinity pool, shaded lounge area under a pergola and sun beds. At night the area comes to romantic life with candle lighting.

Stairs lead up to a large terrace with lounge area, and more views, of course. Behind the villa guests can indulge in meals al-fresco in the barbecue area with wood-burning oven and large wooden dining table that overlooks the old Castle of Akotiri.

The villa’s main interior living area features colorful painting and art objects, a wooden ceiling, fireplace and more great views. There’s also an adjacent dining area under a chandelier with seating for eight. A fully equipped kitchen includes a cozy dining corner and paintings by a celebrity Greek artist. The bedroom on this floor includes a romantic wooden double bed, a painting of a red bicycle hanging above it, a vanity dressing area and a big handcrafted mirror.

The master bedroom on the upper floor features a wooden floor, vaulted ceiling, all manner of artworks, and an art deco armchair. Next to this is the mezzanine bedroom, with a white-iron double bed, and offering has access to an expansive terrace with panoramic views. Next to the bed a wooden ladder leads to a cozy mezzanine with a double mattress.

On the basement level there are separate living quarters, with a cozy living/dining area filled with natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, a romantic double bedroom (with no views), a room with a treadmill and separate entrance to the courtyard.

The newly renovated Villa Eros is located in the picturesque village of Imerovigli, just 2 km from Santorini’s capital city, Fira. Overlooking the caldera and hosting renowned sunset views, Imerovigli is sometimes referred to as the “balcony to the Aegean”.

The private 28 sq. meter swimming pool is heated and set within expansive decking. The jacuzzi sits nearby, and the pool is partially pergola shaded. A separate pergola shaded outdoor living and dining area is lighted and offers guests expansive views of the Aegean.

Villa Eros is comprised of two levels, both levels hosting bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, well-equipped kitchenettes, as well as living and dining areas. Interiors are marked by traditional thick white walls with curved arches, reminiscent of the typical “cave” villas. Living and dining areas on the lower level open to the pool decking.

The levels are separate, with the upper level accessed via an external staircase. The lower level hosts two queen sized bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and hosts up to five guests, while the upper level hosts three en-suite bedrooms and comfortably hosts six guests. Guests may rent the villa as a whole, or the two levels are available for rental separately. Lower level rental or whole villa rental include access to the swimming pool and outside living and dining areas.
