House located in the Portogalo condominium in Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro.
With a project by the architect Paloma Yamagata, the main house features 4 suites, a mezzanine, living rooms, dining room, lounge, and gym. It also offers a guest bungalow with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
It comfortably accommodates up to 12 adults and 4 children, along with a kids' suite.
Various decorative elements were chosen to highlight the uniqueness of each room: for the 2 main suites and the powder room, wallpapers from Cole & Son (London) and Lutèce curtains were selected; the ground floor suite includes lighting and pillows by artist Jonathan Adler (New York). The fabric for the living room sofa and mezzanine armchairs is from Pierre Frey's atelier (France).
Outside, there is a swimming pool with an ocean view, gazebo, barbecue area with wood-fired oven, multi-sport court, garden, sauna, jacuzzi, and two extra bathrooms—one in the gourmet area and another in the sauna.
The condominium features 24-hour camera monitoring and a gatehouse with access control.
Ideal for those who value privacy. Enjoy boat rides, hiking trails, waterfall baths, and relaxing moments with family and friends.
