Nanã House is located in the Altos de Trancoso condominium, on a 5,000-square-meter plot, surrounded by a tropical garden with a delightful pool. It also features a steam sauna, shower, outdoor bar/kitchen, and a playroom.

The condominium is just a 10-minute walk from the Quadrado or the beach and offers 24-hour security.

The main house has 4 suites, one of which is the master suite on the upper floor, with a king-size bed, TV, and a lovely terrace. On the ground floor, there are 3 additional suites, two with two double beds in each, and one with a king-size bed.
