The Vila Chuá condominium consists of 3 houses, each house has five suites and a mezzanine at the top. On the ground floor, the balcony, kitchen, dining room and living room are fully integrated.

All 5 suites with the same structure with split-type air conditioning, two with a balcony facing the sea and 3 with side views, all with solar heating and a mezzanine at the top. The ground floor is integrated with kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and balcony, with a DCE.

The outdoor area has individual gazebos with benches for barbecue and swimming pool.

It is possible to include up to 3 extra beds in the suites for children up to 10 years old.

The condominium service has 2 employees per house for cleaning and support in the kitchen. And 1 caretaker for the external services of maintenance of the swimming pools, garden and assistance in the use of the energy generator, if necessary.
