This two bedroom house, the pure expression of the essence of Trancoso, an old house with a beautiful history. Its creator was the Brazilian filmmaker Augusto Sevá, who bought this beautiful garden facing the Historic Square and inspired by the dream of living in a 'garden with a house' instead of a 'house with a garden' kept the simple original structure, adding only an open balcony overlooking the tropical garden.

Built in the 1980s by the famous potter Calazans, strongly influenced by his admiration for the simple houses of the Greek islands, constantly bathed in the sun. This 185m², bright and cozy house has four suites, 150m² deck, 15m² pool with rare onyx tiles, square parallel street, internal patio with private garden and a large open kitchen. The house was then named Casa Luz.
All suites and the large covered patio overlook the internal garden, without a roof and full of flowers and trees, there is also a roof deck overlooking the green valley that descends to the mangroves and beaches of Trancoso.
The style of the house is a mix of the rustic and cheerful, traditionally Bahian, with tapestries and original engravings from the 70s and 80s by the renowned Kennedy Bahia.
