The villa is located in a condominium on the banks of the Peixoto Reservoir; the condominium is located 25 km from Cássia-MG.
All environments offer views of the dam and the mountains, providing a unique perspective of the region, from sunrise to sunset.
It has 3 suites in chalets separate from the leisure complex of the house, being:
A suite with 1 queen bed and 2 auxiliary single beds;
Two suites with 2 single beds and 2 auxiliary single beds.
Daily published for up to 4 guests. From the 5th guest onwards, an increase of R$ 60.00 per guest/night is added. Limit of 12 people between adults and children.
Auxiliary beds are prepared in advance, as needed. And the arrangement of beds is flexible, being able to be configured according to the demand of the group.
It has an integrated living room, dining room and kitchen and in the outdoor area there is a swimming pool, barbecue area with barbecue facilities, a Roman fireplace and a terrace.
To access the house, there is a small dirt road of 17 km, approximately 30 minutes by car.
In the condominium there is an ecological trail that leads to an old Jequitibá. There is also a waterfall located 10 km from the house, accessing it with a little more attention, as the terrain is irregular with rocks.
