This beachfront villa is located on Grace Bay, a beautiful white sand beach with gentle waters. The villa also offers the opportunity to enjoy the nearby Regent Spa at great prices and is within easy reach of a golf course and tennis court.

This villa features lush gardens with tall green palm trees and natural vegetation. The main pathway to the villa is crowned by lovely wood beaming covered by colorful bougainvillea. Teak lounge chairs and wicker couches make outdoor living a relaxing experience. Overlooking the large heated pool is an outdoor dining area surrounded by plants. In addition, the villa has a private 100 foot dock for guests to enjoy.

Inside, on the ground floor, the villa features calming colors and lovely Barbadian coral stone walls. The large family room provides great views and glass doors opening up to the terrace outside. A spacious kitchen can be found nearby. This kitchen overlooks the manicured front lawn and has rustic cupboards, modern appliances and lovely granite countertops. The kitchen is connected to the dining room by French doors. The dining room enjoys a table for 12 and views of the sea.

The villa has 5 bedrooms. Three are located on the first floor of the main villa and two are in the guest house. The roomy master bedroom on the first floor has a king sized bed. The room’s ceilings are made of wood and it enjoys a large balcony overlooking the blue waters of the sea. The room also has a unique en-suite bathroom with a huge walk in shower. The first queen sized bedroom on the same floor is light and open and has gorgeous views of the water; the second features a comfortable four poster bed. In the guest house, there is one queen sized bedroom and one twin bedroom. All bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.

Villa Extreme sits above the bay of Cala Jondal, offering stunning views of the beach and the Mediterranean. The prime location is just a five minute walk from the beach and the famous Blue Marlin and Tropicana beach bars.

This contemporary villa is situated hilltop overlooking the old town of Ibiza.   Ample indoor and outdoor living spaces offer panoramic  sea views  stretching all  the way to Formentera.  Fully fenced and private, Fantasy is also only four kilometers from Ibiza and 15 minutes from the airport.

The living areas open to the views through floor to ceiling glass, providing a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living and dining areas.  The private pool is set in ample decking and overlooks the stunning views. Numerous terraces surround this three level villa, providing opportunities for both relaxing privacy and for al fresco gatherings.

The entire front expanse of the house faces the ocean, and all communal areas and bedrooms open to visions of Salinas, Formentera, Cala des Jondal and Porroig. Totally fenced and gated, on two hectares of land, yet conveniently close to the center of town and beaches. Gathering areas are concentrated around the expansive pool deck.
