Traditional Minas Gerais house from 1975, rebuilt in 2008 keeping the original features. Located in the former headquarters of Fazenda do Engenho and exudes comfort and sophistication.

There are 08 suites with exclusive decoration.

Reservation Suite - Option of 40m² with ample view of the lake and spa.
Gran Reserva Suite - Exclusive environment with 50m², beautiful view and soapstone bath inside the room.

All suites have air conditioning, heating and Egyptian cotton trousseau.

With privacy and a beautiful view, Carlinhos House is a typical farmhouse located just 100 meters from Engenho Lodge and has a similar structure.

Ideal for small groups and families. It has a wood stove and a balcony overlooking the lake.
It has three excellent suites. All decorated with authentic Minas Gerais craftsmanship and Egyptian cotton trousseau.

Loft construído a partir da tradicional técnica de pau a pique. Um estrutura original com telhas aparentes, muito aconchegante e confortável. Ideal para casais ou uma família.
O quarto é integrado com a cozinha e a sala formando um único ambiente. Conta também com uma varanda e rede com vista para a Serra da Comuna, fogão a lenha, enxoval de algodão egípcio e um banheiro externo com vista de tirar o fôlego.
A casa não possui forro, deixando aparente a estrutura de telhado tradicional.

The exterior...

The exterior blends perfectly with the simplicity and delicacy of the village buildings. The interior, in turn, reveals a completely relaxed setting themed around psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud. It is the only house in Ibitipoca that does not follow the minimalist concept. Furniture, decorative, and literary elements create references to the famous concepts advocated by him, such as sexuality, the unconscious, and the ego, and reflect his personal tastes.
Freud features a living room with a small fireplace and freezer, where you can enjoy appetizers to the sound of a record player. In the bedroom, you have the option of either a double bed or two single beds. The bathroom offers a delightful bathtub, and all areas have heated floors. The living room and bedroom also have ceiling fans.
