The entrance...

The entrance to Coco Palms is the kind where you kick off your shoes before going in. Perhaps you've stopped off at the fish market in the nearby village of Lorient, so you're headed for the kitchen. Or maybe you're just back from an afternoon at Saline beach, ready for a refreshing dip in the nautilus-shaped pool. Either way, leave the flip-flops at the door; you won't need them anymore.

Descend the stairs to the deck and take in the expansive view of Lorient Bay and the islands beyond, and far off on the next headland to the west, the picturesque remnants of Autour du Rocher, Jimmy Buffet's legendary 1980's hotel and nightspot. A few steps to your left and you're in the modern, convenient and fully equipped kitchen, with black stone countertops and a spacious Liebherr refrigerator. Coco Palms' kitchen opens directly onto a comfortable living room with a flat-screen tv, and beyond that a dining area with seating for ten. But if you are looking for the best vantage point to relax and watch the setting sun, turn to your right and you will find a cushioned alcove with the perfect view, encircled with casual seating for eight if you feel like sharing the moment. Extending out to the edge of the property, a green lawn invites you to move one of the deck chairs out under the branches of a flamboyant tree.

On either side of the living/dining area you find two of Coco Palms' three bedrooms. Just steps from the pool, each one is decorated in a clean, updated Caribbean style, complete with king-size beds, en-suite baths, wood-louver windows and doors, and generous closet space. A slate-tiled walkway leads to the steps that take you to the downstairs bedroom, along with its own private Jacuzzi, shady alcove and outdoor seating. This third bedroom boasts a unique design: an integrated en-suite bath with dual vanities and a rain-head shower, and a walk-in closet. Steps away you will find a well-equipped fitness room with a Technogym weight system, plus treadmill, cycling, and rowing machines, and of course an exceptional view of the sea. The terrace outside is well secluded for private yoga lessons or a relaxing massage.

The stone path at the entryway to Villa Hill House leads to a choice: On your right, a jaw-dropping view of the Atlantic, the islands of Tintamarre and Anguilla visible in the distance. Walk a few steps across the deck, and you discover a master bedroom suite that is practically a home unto itself. With a king-size, blond-wood four-poster bed, this bedroom is grand in dimensions and yet inviting in nature, with book-lined shelves and a terrace providing a spectacular ocean view over the tops of a forest of pale green Bismarkia Nobilis trees. Adjoining the bedroom is an expansive bathroom offering a luxury rare even among the top villas of St. Barth: a deep Philippe Starck bathtub silhouetted against a vision of the blue ocean and sky seen through Heritage lace bee-motif curtains. A large dressing room completes the suite, with plentiful shelf space and thoughtful details like mannequin heads for your hats.

Cross the deck and follow the path through Villa Hill House's landscaped garden of frangipani, poet's jasmine and orchids. There you find three additional bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The Chalet B...

The Chalet Belle is set in an enviable location in the heart of Vail Square. Just steps from the Vail Gondola and with access to the Arrabelle’s private spa and fitness center, heated rooftop pool, rooftop hot tubs, and room service from the Tavern, it’s hard to imagine a more ideal ski destination. The pedestrian village offers dining venues, an ice skating rink and boutique shopping.  The biggest and arguably most popular destination for ski sports, Vail also provides activities and adventures throughout the year for children and their families.

The stone entryway leads to the octagonal living space, which further opens to the wrap-around terrace.  Views of the Vail ski slopes and the Arrabelle village are expansive from the terrace and living areas. A stone fireplace in the living room is perfect for relaxing apres-ski. and lots of windows add to the warmth and light.  A separate den provides another sitting area with a mini-fridge, sink, TV and Wii. The formal dining space seats 8 guests, and the fully equipped kitchen features an eat-at bar.  The French inspired interiors are graceful and inviting, and blend beautifully with the European ski village feel of Arrabelle Square.

Villa Lagoon...

Villa Lagoon enjoys a privileged hilltop location providing uninterrupted views of the private lagoon located off a rear garden path as well as of the world renowned diving and snorkeling beaches of Sharm El Shiekh on the Red Sea Riviera. Situated within the grounds of the Sheraton Sharm Hotel, Resort, Villas and Spa, guests also enjoy full access to the resort’s facilities and services. The lagoon is reached via a private stairway from the back garden and it is a one minute walk to the private Red Sea beach. The large free form infinity edged pool is surrounded by Mediterranean gardens.
