Walking distance to both the Quadrado and the beach is of 15 minutes, but in opposite directions.

A Debora Aguiar’s project, this house atop a cliff, overlooks the sea. The master suite has a privileged sunrise view (in the summer).

Divided into two areas, a social area and a area reserved for bedrooms. In the first area we find a living room, a dining room, a gourmet kitchen (fully equipped), a bathroom and a varanda. The varanda leads to a lovely garden overlooking the sea where the pool is set (the pool has a 20m swimming lane).

In the second area reserved for bedrooms there is a master suite and four guests suites. Also in the section, there is a fully equipped laundry service area and a service bathroom.

This beautiful 3-bedroom top floor townhouse apartment impresses with both sleek design and functionality. Conveniently located in the very heart of Chelsea, this sunny home will dazzle you the moment you walk in. Enter the front door and you are welcomed by the warmth of not only the main living and entertainment area but also the gas burning fireplace! Outfitted with comfortable seating, eclectic art, and designer finishes, this living room is the perfect gathering place for friends and family. 

Immediately off the living area lies the chef's kitchen. Fully stocked with quality utensils and appliances, including a dishwasher, everything a cook could need is in this kitchen and will awaken even the most dormant inner chef.
