It has 5 suites in the main house and 2 new suites in the annex of the house. It also has a large living room, gourmet space with barbecue and wood-fired pizza oven. In addition to a private gym with Technogym equipment and Spa (contracted services at an additional cost).

Private deck for boats up to 100 feet.

In the bay of Angra dos Reis, five minutes by speedboat from the marina of Bracuhy, Ilha Comprida is a great suggestion for families looking for a large house to enjoy the weekends and holidays.

A few meters from the beach is a Bungalow with Lounge, Bar for preparing drinks, Table for meals, Sound System, Tennis Court, Beach Volleyball Court, Giant Pula in the water, Steam Sauna and Heated Pool.

In the Main House, in addition to the beautiful view to the bay of Angra, TV room with SkyTV, Dining Room, Kitchen, toilet and 7 suites all with air conditioning and wifi, for up to 18 guests.

Casa Praia interconnected to the main house with 2 more suites and 2 toilets accommodates 4 more guests, totaling 22 guests in total.

Included in the rate: 4 housekeepers - available for 8 hours a day.

The Vila Chuá condominium consists of 3 houses, each house has five suites and a mezzanine at the top. On the ground floor, the balcony, kitchen, dining room and living room are fully integrated.

All 5 suites with the same structure with split-type air conditioning, two with a balcony facing the sea and 3 with side views, all with solar heating and a mezzanine at the top. The ground floor is integrated with kitchen, dining room, living room with TV and balcony, with a DCE.

The outdoor area has individual gazebos with benches for barbecue and swimming pool.

It is possible to include up to 3 extra beds in the suites for children up to 10 years old.

The condominium service has 2 employees per house for cleaning and support in the kitchen. And 1 caretaker for the external services of maintenance of the swimming pools, garden and assistance in the use of the energy generator, if necessary.
